What prompted these: Tests? Do you have any symptoms? The creatinine is within normal limits, but evaluation needs assessment of the whole person, not just lab tests.

Mild dehydration: Elevation of BUN can be caused by inadequate water intake and blood in the gastointestinal tract. The ratio of BUN to creatinine greater than 21 suggest poor hydration. I would increase free water and recheck blood work additionally see physician and have stool occult blood performed a very simple test most perform in office.
