Heart rate is normally over 100 bpm. blood work came back with creatinine level 0.60, bun level 12.0, bun/creatinine ratio level 20 and wbc count of 11. high eosinophils and nuetrophils. high immature granulocytes.is there any sign of a heart problem?

If heart rate is often above 100 bpm then you can't say it normal. Etiology of tachycardia which I assume sinus tachycardia should be looked for. Persistent tachycardia for a long time may cause tachycardia induced cardiomyopathy so if there is no definite etiology, your heart rate should be controlled with med. WBC & differential are abnormal which also needs to be monitored +/- investigated.
