Was on short course of steroids in december and march. my alt and ast have risen over the last months alt100 and ast 47 could this be from the prednisone i took several months ago?

Prednisone can increase liver enzymes; however, it would be unusual that the effect from March is still happening now. There are other things that affect liver enzymes such as medication, alcohol and infection. Best to look at those things and eliminate their effect.
