Almost impossible.: Pancreatitis is one of the most painful conditions that people can have.

Pancreatitis: Pancreatitis caused by passing a gallstone out of the gallbladder, into the common duct, that becomes stuck in such a way that blocks the pancreatic duct can become life threatening with severe pain and organ failure. Ercp and aggressive medical therapy, followed by gallbladder removal is the staged therapy. Basically gallbladder is the source of blocking stones.
