What can cause mildly elevated amylase and lipase in a mid 20s non drinker with no family history of pancreas disease? awaiting tests but doc said chronic pancreatitis and cancer are incredibly unlikely but im not sure what it else raises those?

While it doesn't appear that you have acute pancreatitis, could there be some abnormality of your pancreatic duct? I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist for evaluation and advice if you haven't already done so.
