A doctor has provided 1 answer

You may have a type of.mild pancreatitis which causes intermittent malabsorption of fats resulting in passing loose greasy stools. I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist for evaluation & advice. Appropriate testing, including measurement of serum triglycerides, will be ordered.
