What would cause a mid 20s person (never drank) to have mildly elevated amylase and lipase, once a month oily diarrhea, and low b12? negative celiac and no ibd.. isnt chronic pancreatitis very unlikely given age and no history of drinking?

Heavy alcohol use is the most common cause of chronic pancreatitis but autoimmune, hereditary and idiopathic chronic pancreatitis should be considered if patient is not an alcohol user. Take care.
