Went to er, bad lower stomach cramps, massive diarrhea. wbc 13.27 (4.00x10.80) high neutrophils low lymphs. pancreatitis? no test lipase or amylase. diangosis gastroenteritis. felt 100% 2 hours later.

Probably: It is difficult to give a full answer as I am unsure of other details regarding your case. Did you receive any antibiotics? A gastroenteritis can present with a high white count, stomach cramps and diarrhea. If you feel better now than rest assured.
