Occasionally i get runs of junctional tachycardia heart rate 110, usually like 10 beats then it goes back to normal, is it serious?

Are you having symptoms during these episodes? Is your blood pressure ok during these episodes? If you are symptomatic, you should see a cardiologist to see if there is any treatment that would be needed to control the symptoms. You also want to determine how often it occurs and if there is any treatable cause, like an electrolyte abnormality. A cardiologist can do this evaluation.
