26/f- 48hr holter monitor: 7hrs 30mins bradycardia, 6hrs 16mins tachycardia. 3 veb, 2 in couplets. 866 sve, 4 in couplets. 3 dropped beats w/ longest r-r interval 2.4secs. sinus rhythm. heart rate got to 154 while standing around. results normal?

Abnormal: The study showed numerous abnormalities including bradycardia, mild ventricular irritability, marked atrial irritability including a run(?duration) of supraventricular tachycardia and 2 dropped beats that may have been nonconducted atrial premature beats or transient AV heart block which is more serious. I strongly recommend that you consult a cardiologist.
