Great start!: I'm very glad you're lifting. Starting protein supplements would be fine. You may also get some benefit building mass by taking oral creatine. Other supplements will be much less helpful. Get with your physician before you try an electronic muscle stimulator. Shun steroids -- everybody i know who's tried them was sorry. The best is the friendships & the lifestyle. Again, good for you.
