Gym: You can do regular gym and weight lifting without the protein supplements because we dont know the long term effects of the supplements nor do we know whats all contained in those supplements.

Diagnosis: All those lab results don't supply a diagnosis. Do you have akylosing spondylitis? Do you have a diagnosis? Saw your note: the exercise is good. Most otc supplements are harmless. You can probably use them in moderation.
