None: Protein powder has a risk of causing kidney disease. If you want to gain muscle weight, you need to work out and eat higher proteins in diet, still with enough carbohydrates. Muscles have both protein and glycogen (animal starch).

Be cautious : I don't think you need to take any protein supplements to gain weight. Protein supplements if taken excessively an be harmful especially with liver disease or kidney disease.
