Just left urologist and he believes i have a tunica cyst. he still took blood just to be sure . are tunica cyst moveable? when i feel it, its firm but it does move around?

I'm unsure what blood tests shed any light on diagnosis here. I thought Ultrasound usually is diagnostic. Nevertheless the urologist is best to advise you about diagnosis and treatment options of what appears to be a benign scrotal lesion.

iF YOU MEAN TUNICA VAGINALIS THEN THERE IS NO BLOOD TEST FOR IT. WHAT YOU DESCRIBE SEEMS LIKE AN EPIDIDIMALCYST WHOCH ARE NOT MOBILE AND IF ASYMPTOMATIC NEED NO TREATMENT (SORRY MY TYPE GOT STUCK IN CAPS)
