2 months ago, had hematospermia. us found small cyst on left epididymis & varicocele on left. no std or uti. pa gave abx, cleared pain & blood. fine for month, then sore/achy in testes. sore after ejac. urologist says nothing wrong. possible dx?

Through the years I have found that once the epididymus gets messed with, it often remains a source of recurrent discomfort or chronic tenderness. I would tend to be reassured by the urologist's opinion and I'm glad that you saw one rather than only the PA.
