Can you eat anything after a colonoscopy. where one polyp was removed and a biopsy was taken?? everything i read online is conflicting. the only consistent is no alcohol for 24 hours. nurse said eat whatever when i left. but read conflicting answers?

Your own health care providers almost always should have priority over web searching or online advice. If the nurse for the procedure or in your colonoscopist's office said you can eat anything you want, that's the way to go.
