Colonoscopy 6/6/23 6 polyps removed 1 was lge and pathology results that cancer cells extended to the end of the stem. sigmoidoscopy done today to biopsy incision & a new 15mm polyp was found at incision site. do we need to be concerned for cancer?

Yes, you should concern but you will need partial colectomy anyway for the first lesion. Good luck.
