Is there a reason for high wbc (11-15 thousand) & platelets (400-450 thousand) for +1 year? confirmed its not leukemia and ferritin is ok. only symptoms are occasional headaches and slight fever. i have hashimotos. could it be autoimmune related?

Idiopathic leukocytosis is not rare and often benign. Platelet count less than 450K is not considered abnormal. I do not think these findings are related to Hashimoto thyroiditis or any other autoimmune disease. Take care.
