See hem/onc: You should see a hematologist/oncologist and have further evaluation. Blood work only is likely not enough- a bone marrow biopsy should be done to really see what is going on. In the setting of significantly high blood counts, you can have false positive high number on potassium. You md has to repeat it. Best of luck.
