Is there a reason for high WBC (11-15 thousand) & platelets (400-450 thousand) for +1 year? Confirmed its not leukemia and ferritin is ok. Only symptoms are occasional headaches and slight fever. I have Hashimotos. Could it be autoimmune related?

Thyroid ultrasound reveals slight increase in size of lobes from 3 5x1.2x.9 mm to 4.1x2.1x 1.2mm and isthmus is .1. No nodule. Tsh slightly high inspite of synthroid.Have hashimoto's is the increase abnormal? Could it be cancer?
