I have low rbc, low wbc, low pcv, high rdw, and normal platelet count. also have low ferritin but normal iron. what might cause all these things to oc?

Why did you check???: There is usually a reason or complaint/symptom that leads to blood testing. So tell us what is bothering you, if anything. You also need to send us the actual numbers before we can explain to you what it means. Some of these values are of no consequence unless the numbers are grossly out of the normal reference range.
