Your note is confusi: You need to carefully separate these numbers. The way you ahve written is totally unclear. Use a dash to connact each cell with %. It looks like your gran % is 5% , which would be quite abnormal...They should be over 40%(normally 50-70%, rest are supposed to be lymphocytes. Also give us your hemoglobin and platelet counts.
