It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. There may be more than one process underway. Drop in Hb and ferritin suggest blood loss, which may be in the GI tract. Malabsorption is another likelihood. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
