I do not understand the first part of your question. Can you make it clear? Do you mean cystoscopy as "camera thru prostate"?

Bladder muscle cannot be strengthened by any exercise. Pl locate a Urologist and to find cause and treatment. In the meantime empty your bladder as much as possible sveral times a day and avoid alcohol, excessive fluids and cnstipation. Good luck
