Not sure a problem: I'm not sure what you mean by sludge in bladder. However if urine is too concentrated, dark or slightly cloudy, it may mean that you are not drinking enough clear fluids ( try to get in 5-6 glasses of water, etc by 8pm). If there is a problem with the bladder, only the urologist will be able to define and treat that.

Unclear: Your concern or question is unclear? If you were referring to "sludge" in the bladder this may be from incomplete bladder emptying. Talk to your urologist about the degree of obstruction from your prostate. A cystoscopy may be helpful in this regard.
