Here are some...: Kegel exercise may help regain the strength & function of urinary sphincter but not the sole factor for restoring it; age, health, and resultant scar & injury to the sphincter together play an important role in the post-op u-incontinence. So, seek professional evaluation and counseling timely for individual details timely.
