You have symptoms which are suggested of chronic pelvic syndrome or chronic prostatitis but infection has been ruled out. With these symptoms, pelvic floor muscle exercises and cognitive behavior therapy should be effective and you have nothing to worry. Good luck.

There are many reasons for frequency. Your symptoms point to the bladder. Try aviding alcohol, constipation and excessive tea/cofffee and if symptoms persist pl see a Urologist as you may require further investigation eg cystoscopy (looking inside the lower urinary system with a light)
