I had covid in december and the flu a week ago, my blood sugar is very high from 170s to 200s. i read covid and the flu can trigger diabetes, if that's the case will my glucose return to normal levels and when? two months already of high blood sugar?

Covid and flu triggering off diabetes is rare there is more probability of it being high due to Diabetes itself. Pl see your doc for further testing

Blood test 2 months post-COVID shows high chloride (108mmol/L), high CO2 total (32mmol/L) and low anion gap (3mmol/L). CBC, glucose, Na, creatinine, etc all normal. Sporadic sinus tachycardia. Waiting on ECG/echo results. Further testing recommended?
