Pregnant partner ,week 30. blood sugar drops to as low as 65 within last week or two . has been taking nitrofurantoin and aspirin until a day ago. no history of diabetes. has tested positive for covid recently but no related symptoms. reason?

Uncertain: Not sure of the reason. Don't see the meds as being a cause for lower than normal blood sugars for your pregnant partner if she is otherwise feeling well.
