My post-prandial hypoglycemia got worse after covid. i follow the low carb diet but my sugars are now constantly dropping very fast. how long does it take for glucose levels to be stable again after covid? how can i prevent sudden glucose drops?

Are you diabetic on any medications? I would follow up with a doctor and perform glucose tolerance testing as well as test for insulin level, glucagon level post eating. Consider increase the carbohydrate content of your diet. Follow up with MD
