I have crackling and wheezing noise in my throat when i breathe out, also my phlegm has a little bit of blood and i'm weak with fever, is this pneumonia? my covid test was negative. how can i know it's not the flu or bronchitis?

Please have an evaluation by your physician or in urgent care. Some urgent care centers have imaging available. A sputum sample for culture may be helpful. You may have pneumonia or bronchitis. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and worsening cough.
