Short of breath coughing green yellow phelm at the beginning it was white. had chest exray and blood work covid and flu test neg. put on arbutral every 4 hours two puffs and a course of antibiotics. 5 days ago getting worse.now what?? ox level 88-94?

If you are getting worse and your blood oxygen levels are in the range that you specify, you should be rechecked. I would recommend going to an urgent care center or an emergency room, or contacting your primary care doctor ASAP. Good luck.
