I have flu, dry cough, head ache and muscle aches, and had blood clots in mucus coming out my nose when blowing my nose. i was tested positive with covid 19, antibiotic medicines was given but should i do to stop the blood clots?

The bloody discharge or clot is due to acute rhinitis, exacerbated with dry air, the bloody discharge will resolve when the inflammation subsides. You can use intranasal saline to moist the nasal mucosa + bedside humidifier to keep the humidity above 35%.
