Annual pelvic exam normal. had a routine post menopausal ultrasound. all normal but left ovary was not visible. is a ct necessary? i had an abd/pelvic ct urogram w& w/o contrast 2 months ago. pelvicstructures:unremarkable. isnt that adequate?

Ultrasound is not as accurate as a CT. Best is to have your CT from 2 months ago re-evaluated to specify about the individual stuctures seen and save yourself a test. Good luck
