Would a ct of the abdomen and pelvis w/o &w/contrast (ct urography) show the ovaries & rectum? it states axial imaging of the abdomen & pelvis was performed from lung bases to the symphysis pubis. pelvis structure & gi unremarkable?

With abdominal CT studies, ovaries and descending colon are shown, but to be certain about ovarian possible abnormalities, an ultrasound of the lower abdomen (transvaginal U/S) with contrast may be more accurate.
