If the CT without contrast was just recently done you only need to have CT urogram done. The images of abdomen, pelvis and urinary tract can be taken during one setting. With negative lab tests (especially benign urine result), MRI and ultrasound, I doubt if this CT urogram has any diagnostic value. If urine test is abnormal, you should have cystoscopy with retrograde ureteropyelogram. Good luck.
