An oh by the way finding. Since the study was not for your lungs this is just a random comment. The picture seen could be an underinflated area of the mid right lung (breath not deep enough) or old scar. The wording does not suggest anything else but leaves it to the ordering doc to decide if other x-rays/tests are needed.
