What is my doctor looking for in a cat scan of pelvis after ultrasound (normal). i have pain in pelvis particularly r ovary. cancer?

Pelvic pain: Ct scan shows more details of the pelvic contents. Cancer ovary is ruled out if normal ultrasound since it presents with cysts or masses which are easily diagnosed by the ultrasound. So stool analysis and blood tests will provide us with the clues. So better stop worrying about cancer with a negative provisional result.
