Head ct scan findings mentioned dural calcification versus calcified meningioma measuring .4cm. ct impression/summary said no intracranial hemorrhage, midline shift or mass effect and other injuries from accident. dr didnt mention tumor? no tumor?

Not clear if the interpretation decides that the area was not a meningioma, which is benign and very slow growing if present. Would suggest you contact the radiologist to ask directly what is actually present. Additional imaging may be an appropriate next step.
