A ct head w/o contrast that states that states: suspect small largely calcified right frontal convexity meningioma versus hyperostosis - have motor and visual symptoms along with attacks of critical bp -can meningioma cause high bp attacks?

Assuming this is a meningioma, it has likely been present for years, and is an incidental finding of limited significance. Meningiomas could only cause vascular changes if large and creating increased intracranial pressure, which yours does not seem to do. Your BP attacks are not due to brain. Have you been checked for kidney disease or pheochromocytoma?
