The amount of protein in your urine is within NORMAL range. You made a typo about the unit which is supposed to be g/L. Normal protein in the urine is less than 250 mg/day and if you have 2 liters of urine a day then your total protein in 24 hours is 140 mg (0.07 g/L x 2 = 0.14 g/24 hours). Take care.
