In a 24 hour protein electrophoresis urine test, is 4 mg / dl of protein in the normal range? and 43.2% of the urine is gamma globulin is that normal?

Yes: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, what you described is not a cause for concern.
