Inflammation: It likely is a polyclonal pattern consistent with inflammation.

What is FSGS?: Please do not use abbreviations....They mean different things to different people. Ask your doctor to advise you about any relationship of your electrophoresis report to your underlying problem. I do not think this report is of any consequence or concern.
