I have a small ball in the underjaw. what can i do about that? and i felt a block in my ears?

I assume a small ball under the jaw means an enlarged, submandibular lymph node. If you recently have symptoms of upper respiratory infection then enlarged lymph nodes and blocked ears can be the manifestations and the symptoms are usually limited without treatment. If you do not have a concurrent viral illness along with those symptom and sign, then you should see a doctor. Good luck.
