I hav had a blocked ear for the past few days im not sure if its trapped water or not i hav tried hopping on one foot but no improvement...any ideas?

Get a diagnosis: Hopping on one foot would rarely alter your external or middle ear. You may have impacted wax or possibly fluid in the middle ear if you have recently had a cold. The best advice i can give you is to see an ear specialist and get a diagnosis. Treatment will logically follow.
