I have ear pain, a small ball that hurts under jaw by ear.taking clindamycin 150mg 3x day for 4 days.. when will symptoms subside? or should i worry?

Give it some time.: Sounds like an ear infection, by itself or perhaps in the context of sinusitis. Either way, Clindamycin does take a while to work. Give it a couple more days.
