I got my hpv results and im confused 1. igp,hpv rfx 16/18 my results abnormal 2. hpv, cobas genotypes 16/18 my results negative for 16 negative for 18 i am confused what is my results ?

I agree it's a bit confusing. It appears the lab may use two different HPV genetic tests, IGP and Cobas (two different manufacturers). It appears IGP was positive for HPV 16/18 and Cobas negative. The positive results probably should be considered reliable, i.e. probably you have HPV 16 and/or 18. But discuss with your doctor. Good luck.
