Tip of penis pain. negative std panel, negative urine test and urine culture. wbc found under microscope. worried it is hpv related or cancer. mixed opinions. anyone else have a thought? very confused. urologist says no to hpv or cancer. only options

Hard to say.: However, the tests you have had done are really pretty good at picking up things and a simple exam should be able to rule out cancer. I suspect that if you have already seen a urologist you should probably listen to them.
