If you doing okay then there is no problem; however both iron pills and aleve could cause gastritis. The iron would make your stool dark and so could bleeding if the aleve affects your bowels. You may want to try massage and back exercises to limit the need to use medication for the back pain. The pain may be due to muscle tension rather than inflammation and the aleve may not help but hurt.
