Actually, yes: Talk with your GI dr. About the best way to raise your hemoglobin. It might help with the headaches.

Mild anemia does not: Severe anemia can cause headaches but mild anemia does not cause headaches.But mild anemia can cause fatigue and tiredness.You need to consult your doctor to find the cause if headaches are daily happening and as you say it might be migraine or due to some other cause.
